MISCHIEF

MISCHIEF WOMEN'S

Eugene Wong (left): Eugene started playing ultimate a long time ago, late in high school on a suburban Toronto field speckled with the occasional rock, glass shard, and who knows what else.  Many years, several stitches, and a number of joint injuries later, he considers himself mostly retired from competitive play, but can sometimes be found on Masters Division rosters.  You may have seen his ultimate photography around. He wishes he could take more photos, but his coaching hat (he can't actually wear real hats) and his players are the priority during the season.  His favourite thing about coaching is seeing the amazing progress of players year after year, including former players who are now on adult Open, Women’s, and Mixed Division teams.

MISCHIEF OPEN

David Stelck (left): David first started playing ultimate in 2004. Since then he has competed in multiple university, canadian and American Nationals, as well as club world championship.  David coaches the Point Grey Senior team and has coached for the Misfit program for 5 seasons.

Josh Lam (right): Josh started playing Ultimate Frisbee in grade 8 and has been playing every year since. The first club team he played for was under the Misfit program and after that summer he was hooked on frisbee. Josh’s most memorable moments in frisbee were competing with the U20 Canadian team in 2016 and making USAU nationals with UBC. He loves seeing the sport grow exponentially and is excited to have to the opportunity to coach Mischief Open this year.
